1. Booking and Payments

A 20–30% deposit is required to confirm bookings, with the balance due on the event day.
Late payments may incur additional fees.

2. Service Policies

Henna and Face Painting: We use safe, skin-friendly materials. However, clients are responsible for disclosing any known allergies or skin sensitivities.
Engraving Services: Clients must approve designs before engraving begins. We are not responsible for errors in designs approved by the client.

3. Event Responsibilities

Clients must provide adequate space and conditions for our artists to perform their work safely and efficiently.
Elegantiq Events is not liable for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue conditions).

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content created by Elegantiq Events remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or used without our written consent.

5. Limitations of Liability

We strive to deliver exceptional service, but we are not responsible for:

Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control.
Reactions to materials or designs if allergies or sensitivities were not disclosed.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve issues amicably. Formal disputes will be handled through mediation in accordance with the laws of New Jersey.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions as needed. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes agreement to these changes.
